Dundee Westfest AGM
Join us at the Dundee Westfest AGM!
Come along to our Annual General Meeting, meet the team behind Westfest and find out how you can get involved in helping shape what we do next.
Westfest is a community-led organisation based in Dundee’s West End. Our committee organises our annual Big Sunday summer festival on Magdalen Green, bringing together live music, entertainment, food, stalls and activities for the local community.
We also organise Winter Westfest, our seasonal celebration in the West End, featuring a festive market stalls, music and illuminations.
We’re currently looking for new members and volunteers to join the team and help us make these events happen.
We’d particularly love to hear from people who can offer skills or experience in:
- Event planning and organisation
- Social media and content
- Marketing and promotion
- Music and live events
- Festivals, markets and community events
You don’t need to be an events professional, though. If you’re local, care about the West End and think you have skills, ideas, connections or enthusiasm that could be useful, we’d genuinely love to hear from you.
The AGM is a great opportunity to hear more about Westfest, meet the people involved and find out what joining the committee or volunteering could look like.
There’s no obligation to sign up for anything on the night — come along, have a chat and see whether you’d like to be part of it.
