About this Event

For this instalment of our Kitchen Stories series, we’ll be joined by leading olive-oil expert Sarah Fulton Vachon in our Book Shop at our Piccadilly flagship, where she’ll be sharing more about her brand new book Drizzle: Olive oil-infused recipes from across the Mediterranean.

Sarah has trained everyone from Michelin‑star chefs to high‑street chains and corporate food and drink teams. She is the founder of Citizens of Soil, a B Corp™ sourcing the world’s finest extra virgin olive oils with a focus on transparency, sustainability, and quality. An EVOO sommelier, she curates the Olive Oil Club™ and works closely with small regenerative producers, championing women in farming and the olive oil industry.

Drizzle is a joyful celebration of extra virgin olive oil - its flavour, its heritage, and its magic in the kitchen. Organised by season, the book blends delicious recipes with expert guidance on choosing, tasting and cooking with this liquid gold. With dishes gathered from passionate producers and olive‑oil lovers across the Mediterranean and beyond - from Cretan dolmades to sweet Portuguese buns - Drizzle shows why every meal deserves a generous splash of EVOO!

Join us for an inspiring evening celebrating the flavours, stories and craft behind exceptional olive oil - and don’t miss the chance to hear from Sarah in person and discover more about Drizzle. Book your tickets now!
