Join Inspira Dance's Clarissa and Greg as they walk you through some fun ways to practice and level up your dancing!
During this workshop they will be teaching helpful leader and follower technique such as how you how to communicate and respond to your partner. They will go over: connection, frame, body movement, weight changes, communication, and clear leading and following. These skills are important and helpful for every dance style, so no matter what style you dance, this workshop is open to all!
🕚 2-4pm Sunday, November 29
📍Ballston Quarter – 4238 Wilson Blvd, Suite 2220, Arlington (Level 2)
🚗 Paid garage $1 for three hours + directly connected to the metro
🎟️ $25 ticket
