Dream Journey Sound Bath
About this Event
We'll gather at Leva, a gorgeous new space in Portland, and soften into an evening of dreaming, clearing and deep rest.
We'll begin the journey sipping on a dreamy tea blend to awaken the senses and gently bring us into the present moment. Once were settled, I'll guide everyone through a calming breath and voice practice (vocal toning) where our voices will flow together, moving stagnant energy through and inviting in more space for clarity. From there, you’ll rest back on blankets and pillows as ethereal singing and the vibrational tones of crystal bowls, chimes, harmonium and oceanic sounds carry you through a heart-opening sound journey.

* Bring a pillow, blanket and mat to rest on. I will have a few mats for folks who do not own one.
No experience needed, all are welcome <3
