Drawing your Backyard Birds

Winter brings so many birds to our yards, and is a great time to sit and draw them from a warm window seat. Artist and Maine Master Naturalist Allison Donohue will be teaching some simple techniques for sketching quickly and accurately, even if your subject flies away every few seconds. This workshop is appropriate for all ages and abilities. We'll be mostly working with pencils and pens, and all materials will be provided, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
This program is free and open to the public but registration is required: https://www.yorklandtrust.org/event/drawing-your-backyard-birds-with-allison-donahue/
