Join us for a guided meditation class that will help you connect, breathe, and center before the week gets busy.

• Guided meditation (no experience needed)
• Breathwork to reset your body and calm your mind
• Crystal bowl sound healing

Whether you're new to meditation or looking to return to your practice, this class is a gentle and powerful way to begin your day with intention.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the event start time. Entry will not be allowed past the event start time. Tickets must be reserved in advance online as we do have an event capacity to accommodate.

Private Studio Property
The entrance to the private studio is through the gate on the right side of the property, then it is the first door on the left.
The studio is NOT open to the public for walk ins. All classes are by reservations only.

What to bring to the event:

• Water bottle
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Wear socks or barefoot in the studio
• Yoga mat, meditation cushion, or blanket
