Donation-based New Moon Sound Bath Meditation

Welcome to our special Outdoor New Moon Sound Bath Meditation event! Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at a local La Mesa park. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, drums, and other instruments as you unwind, destress, cleanse and ground your energy. This in-person event is the perfect opportunity to take a break from your busy day and focus on your well-being. Don't miss out on this chance to find peace and tranquility right in nature. This event is donation based, any amount is appreciated. Your donation makes it possible for us to continue providing these healing opportunities for the community.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the event start time.

What to bring to the event:

Journal/Paper and a Pen/Pencil

Water bottle

Pillow for under head/neck

Pillow for under knees if needed

Blanket

Wear comfortable clothing

Yoga mats will be provided but please feel free to bring your own to use if more comfortable for you.

Note: Sound Baths are not recommended for people who have a pacemaker and other health related metal or electrical devices attached or within their body due to safety concerns and reasons.
