Divine Connection: A Bufo and Breathwork Day Retreat

What to Expect

• Meditation & Intention Setting Circle
  We will begin the day with a grounding meditation and calming breathwork to help you drop into the space. Together, we will set clear and sacred intentions, anchoring the energy of the day.
• Meditative Bufo Ceremony
  Each participant will receive a meditative dose of Bufo, a powerful and sacred medicine known for facilitating deep spiritual connection and healing. The ceremony will be held in a safe, supportive container with the utmost respect for the medicine and the participants.
• Integration & Replenishment
  After the Bufo experience, there will be dedicated time for gentle integration. You will have the opportunity to reflect, journal, and replenish your energy outdoors, connecting with the healing elements of nature.
• 90-Minute Breathwork Journey
  Following the integration period, we will embark on a transformative 90-minute breathwork journey. This session is designed to deepen your connection to the Bufo experience, integrate the medicine, and awaken your divine essence.
• Organic Food & Connection
  We will close the day by sharing nourishing organic foods and creating space for authentic connection with fellow participants.

This event will be led by Jake Whan, an experienced Bufo facilitator and breathwork practitioner who has guided individuals and groups in profound healing ceremonies around the globe.
