This SHREDZ exeperience will fit all levels of fitness: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The experience is unlike any other fitness class, there will be educational breaks where Coach Nat explains the science and research behind the moves. Coach Nat's entire system is based on attacking the fat cells in the body.

You will learn life-changing information and you will feel a stretch you've never felt before. Learn the moves needed to improve your balance & posture and learn the framework and philosophy behind Coach Nat's SHREDZ system designed to disperse and demolish your fat cells.
