Dancing With My Shadows: Dance, Lyrics, and Healing in Motion

Experience the healing power of dance and community in our Movement Medicine class. This unique workshop blends elements of yogic, lyrical, and contemporary dance to create a holistic movement practice that is both expressive and restorative.

As we move together, we will also explore the deeper meanings behind the music we dance to, discussing the lyrics and their resonance in our lives. This fusion of movement and conversation aims to cultivate a space for personal reflection, emotional release, and collective healing.
