Have you ever wondered what therapeutic sound is and how it can help you? Do you know what a soundbath is, or the benefits of sound and deep relaxation? If any of these are of interest, this workshop might be for you. During the three hour session, there will be practical demonstrations and discussion on the use of therapeutic sound for wellbeing, and we will end with a reflective soundbath. There will be time to reflect on the session whilst enjoying some delicious refreshments.
