🌱 SEEDS Belly Dance 🌱If you’ve been feeling curious about belly dance, this is a really sweet place to start.
Seeds is a gentle, welcoming Fusion Belly Dance class for beginners and anyone wanting to reconnect with movement. No experience needed, no pressure, no expectations. Just space to explore and move.
We’ll move slowly, warm up with intention, learn posture and simple foundations, and play with Fusion, FCBD® and Datura™ inspired movement. Nothing fancy. Just building comfort, confidence, and connection.
