AfterFlow: Pilates + Mimosas

AfterFlow hosted by After.Co is a feel good mat Pilates experience created to help you move your body enjoy good music and ease into your Saturday with great energy and community.

Join us for a 50 minute mat Pilates class set to smooth R& B followed by complimentary mimosas and a small gift included with your ticket. This experience is welcoming, uplifting , and designed for all levels whether you are new to Pilates or already love to move.

Expect a relaxed atmosphere focused on connection movement and vibes. Come as you are , move at your own pace, and enjoy the moment.
