If you are craving real connection, nervous system relief, and a place to de-mask and be fully yourself this evening is for you.
This monthly New Moon gathering is designed to help you slow down, come back into your body, and reconnect with your inner knowing in the presence of others who are doing the same.
You will be welcomed into a warm, intimate space with nourishing food, supported by clear structure, and invited into deeper awareness of your inner and relational world.
What you can expect to receive
• A felt sense of grounding and calm after a long or overstimulating week
• More clarity about what is alive for you emotionally and relationally
• Relief from feeling disconnected, unseen, or stuck in your head
• Practice being present and authentic without pressure to fix or perform
• A deeper connection to your Self and to others, at your own pace
This is not a social event with regular conversation. This is a brave space to explore new edges.

🌀 About the Practice
T group is a relational awareness meditation that supports you in slowing down and noticing what is happening inside you and between you and others in real time.
This practice helps you:
• Strengthen your capacity for presence and self awareness
• Build trust in your witnessing awareness
• Meet parts of your Self with compassion rather than judgment
• Show up more fully and honestly in relationship
Many people find this practice especially supportive if they struggle with anxiety, overthinking, people pleasing, or feeling disconnected from themselves or others.
If you’re new to T-group, we recommend watching this intro video:

This gathering is designed to support both insight and integration. After T-group there will be a sound bath. The sound bath supports post T-group integration
A sound bath uses sustained tones and vibration to guide the nervous system into regulation. As the body relaxes, brainwaves naturally shift into theta and delta states associated with restoration and healing. Stress hormones decrease, the body exits fight or flight, and many people experience deeper sleep the same night.
Sound allows emotional tension to release without needing to analyze or retell stories. It helps you drop out of your head and reconnect with physical sensation, making meditation accessible even if sitting quietly feels difficult.
The result
T group brings clarity and honest awareness.
Sound bath restores, settles, and repairs the nervous system.
One works with relational and psychological patterns.
The other works directly with the body.
Together they create growth that is grounded, regulated, and sustainable rather than overwhelming or purely mental.

Differentiating between the objective fact, the story I’m telling myself (store = proyector= a coping mechanism to avoid being present with what I’m feeling), and not following through with the habitual impulses — and instead naming the feelings underneath. Feelings point to met or unmet needs. What are your feelings pointing to? Can you name what you want? Can you name the basic human need behind your desire? This is how we shift into more awareness.
