Dine & Discovery: Eastside Eats with Chef Gary Snow

Join Chef Gary Snow of the Eastside Lansing Food Co-Op (ELFCO) for this seasonal cooking workshop featuring ingredients all sourced from the neighborhood! Recipes in this class combine produce and products from ELFCO, ANC's Hunter Park GardenHouse, and local farmers participating in ANC's Veggie Box and Farmers Market! You don’t have to go far to get what you need to make a great meal!

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back.

Parking is available in the lot on the east side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
