Enjoy the very best of summer with our seasonal pasta class! We'll discuss smart techniques and scratch sauces from James Beard Award winner Josahua McFadden's Six Seasons of Pasta cookbook.

Recipes include: Sun Gold Tomatoes with basil, garlic, and corn.

Sweet Peppers with Pancetta, Shrimp, and Oregano.

Last, but not least:

All classes are held in groups of 6 to 10 students, and include sitting, standing, and practicing hands-on techniques. Level of student participation varies depending on class subject. All class participants receive 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and tabletop products. 10% discount applies the same day of class only.
