For people living with long-term pain who find most exercise classes too strong.
If you’re experiencing pain in your body these classes will help you find ways to release tension and relax.
The right kind of motion is lotion. Gentle movements soothe pain and help you build a feeling of trust and safety in your body.
The sessions will help release tension and ease pain giving you the confidence to move more.
Block of 4 weeks £28 or £8 drop-in places are available in person and online.
This class involves gentle movement to help you release tension in your body. We'll be standing sitting kneeling and lying - there will be alternative ways to do the movements from any position.
Trauma-Informed Pain Specialist Beth Cox will offer guided movements and explain what is happening in your body to help ease tension and pain.
