In collaboration with Dignity Health Developing Bodhicitta - How to Act Like a Buddha
Embracing the Four Immeasurable and other foundational Buddhist teachings, explore the meaning of bodhichitta, the awakened mind of compassion that lies at the core of the Mahayana path. This teaching offers practical guidance on how to shift our daily actions, thoughts, and intentions toward compassion and wisdom. Participants will learn what the Buddha taught people for cultivating a mindset that mirrors the qualities of a Buddha, even in the middle of everyday challenges.
Suggested donation: $15 - $20
