Developing Growth Mindset workshop

What’s this about

A workshop that offers knowledge and skills to help move away from a fixed mindset and what can be unhelpful ways of seeing yourself and others. It invites you to think more positively and purposefully about your work and your life. This course is based on the latest neuroscience.

Once completed you will:

• Be more aware of the negative bias of our brains.
• Understand the power of ‘yet’.
• Reframe negative language and mindset.
• Seek and give feedback to grow yourself and others.
