Experience the transformative power of sacred mantras in this two-hour in-person workshop, designed to guide you on a journey of inner peace and self-discovery. Whether you’re new to mantra meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this session offers a nurturing space to explore the healing vibrations that resonate from within.
We'll begin with a guided relaxation to center ourselves in the present moment, followed by immersive mantra chanting sessions, where you’ll chant both short, beginner-friendly mantras and the longer, powerful 'Gayatri' mantra. You’ll have the opportunity to chant in 20-30 minute stretches, seated comfortably in a chair or a relaxed posture, allowing the soothing vibrations to wash over you. We'll conclude with a supportive group discussion, giving you a chance to share your experiences and insights.

Aideen Ni Riada is a passionate voice coach and mantra meditation teacher from Ireland, now based in Traverse City. With 13 years of personal experience in mantra meditation and training from the Indian School of Natural Spiritual Sciences, Aideen offers a deep, authentic connection to her practice. Her workshops are particularly well-suited for tender-hearted individuals within the yoga and healing communities, providing a pathway to stress relief, improved communication, and spiritual growth.
