A fun, in-person, hour long exercise class based on the PWR! moves for people with or suspected Parkinson's Disease and their caregivers. The class will be run by a PWR! certified physical therapist.We will meet on the Library's Front Lawn, weather permitting. Rain location is in the McGuire Community Room.
