It's that time of the year again to brush up and learn new skills in wild foraging mushrooms in Northern Michigan. Join Jill and Aaron Grenchik as they enable you to look for the key identifiers in edible mushroom species and sub-species common in the mid-west. This class consists of an approximately 2.5-hour slides show followed by a guided hike throughout the trail system of the Grand Traverse Commons. A light mushroom lunch will be provided and prepared vegetarian.Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
Class begins at 10 am and dress for the weather.
