You’ll start by preparing Asparagus Mimosa, a bright and refined starter featuring tender asparagus topped with finely grated egg and a zesty vinaigrette. Then, craft Salmon en Papillote, delicately steamed in parchment with julienned vegetables. Finally, bake a charming Strawberry Clafoutis, a custard-like dessert with fresh berries.
