Who This Workshop Is For
This workshop is ideal for:
- people dreaming of greater self-sufficiency
- new landowners wanting to design their property well from the beginning
- gardeners ready to move beyond beds into whole-system thinking
- anyone considering a professional permaculture design
No prior experience is necessary.
You Will be Guided In;
- Formulating a Dream Statement - What do you want?
- Site Analysis - What's there already? Water, soil, climate, sun, slope etc
- Concept Design - Placement and integration of elements such as garden, chickens, orchard, water tanks, ponds etc
About Alchemy Farms
Alchemy Farms is a working permaculture homestead in the Blue Mountains, where ecological design principles are practiced daily.
Our workshops focus on practical skills, observation, and thoughtful design that can be applied to real homes and landscapes.

Leni Nyssen is a permaculture designer based in the Blue Mountains. She is enthusiastic about creating local food security, increasing community resilience, and respecting and nurturing our natural world through permaculture and real-world skills
