Denver Sound Bath

Come relax and unwind to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls and wood chimes. We’ll begin with breathwork and gentle movements to calm the mind and body before being transported by the vibrations of the bowls, allowing us to release tension and emerge with a deep sense of peace and restoration.

Suggested to dress in layers, the body temperature usually drops when receiving the energy of the bowls

Bring a friend or come solo - all are welcome!
