A 2-hour circle of sound, imagery & reflection exploring self-awareness beyond self-care—inviting clarity, trust & wholeness.
About this Event

We invite you into a 2-hour immersive experience exploring the deeper layers of self-awareness through intentional practice, community, and sound. So often, “self-care” is framed as maintenance or stress relief—a way to keep going. But what if true healing isn’t about care, but about awareness? What happens when we move our bodies not to fix or shape them, but to know them? When we sit in silence or listen to sound—not to relax, but to hear something true inside? Through guided imagery, sound bath, poetry, and reflective dialogue, this gathering opens a space for deeper clarity, self-trust, and reconnection with wholeness.

Tickets include a copy of the book Mycelopause and a Sound Bath experience.

ABOUT THE BOOK

Mycelopause is a visionary exploration of menopause through the lens of the natural intelligence of mycelium and the therapeutic potential of psilocybin. Drawing inspiration from the mycelial network—the vast, interconnected web beneath forests that facilitates communication, regeneration, and nutrient exchange—the book reframes menopause as a sacred and transformative stage of life, not a medical problem to be solved. It invites women to see this transition as an opportunity for deep inner growth, spiritual awakening, and reconnection to collective feminine wisdom.Blending science, storytelling, coaching, and holistic wellness practices, the authors introduce a harm-reduction approach to psychedelic-assisted therapy, offering practical guidance for women curious about using psilocybin to ease symptoms and enhance meaning during menopause. Rooted in safety, autonomy, and empowerment, Mycelopause lays the groundwork for a new paradigm in women’s health—one where personal transformation is honored, plant medicine is de-stigmatized, and aging is reclaimed as a mystical and powerful rite of passage.

ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Kelly McGinty, FNP, is a holistic healthcare practitioner with a background in emergency medicine. After a decade as an ER nurse practitioner, her experience during the pandemic led her to explore alternative healing methods for burnout, depression, and anxiety. Embracing mindfulness, nutrition, and plant medicine—including psilocybin—she rediscovered her passion for healing. Certified in psychedelic-assisted therapy through the California Institute of Integral Studies, Kelly integrates Western medicine, functional medicine, Reiki, and sacred entheogens to support first responders, wounded healers, and those with treatment-resistant mental health conditions. A devoted mother, she shares her love of nature, music, and travel with her daughter and is passionate about empowering women to embrace their inner wisdom.

Patricia Singh, Ph.D., LPCC, is an integrative mental health practitioner specializing in mind-body medicine. With a doctorate in Mind-Body Medicine and a background in Ayurvedic health, she blends ancient healing wisdom with modern therapeutic approaches. A certified psychedelic-assisted therapist through the California Institute of Integral Studies, she provides psychedelic preparation and integration sessions, focusing on trauma, addiction, and post-traumatic stress. Passionate about holistic mental wellness, Dr. Singh empowers her clients to cultivate balance, resilience, and transformation.
