HABITUAL YOGA in the Sun - LITTLE CHEESMAN PARK

Join Habitual Roots with instructors for Saturday morning movement and mindful mingling at Little Cheesman park.

Parking on side streets around Cheesman Park, we will be meeting at "Little Cheesman" between 8th Ave and 7th Ave.

IMPORTANT NOTES FOR SUCCESS

- Be mindful of your skin and apply sunscreen or practice in the shade

- Please Hydrate and bring water if you need

- PET Parents! Please be mindful for everyone of your fur baby attending and how it will be in the sun and or around other pets during the practice.

- The class is weather permitting as we will be outdoors so be sure to check here for updates!

The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and re-connect to ourselves and those around us. We then work to integrate the teaching we receive on our mats into life.

This is a 60 minute- all levels class that will include movement as well an opportunity to mingle (safely) together, discussing varying topics as we support each other in an ever changing world.

This class is accessible to all for FREE, with the opportunity to donate to Habitual Roots Nonprofit. Habitual Roots is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to connecting communities by spreading the knowledge of emotional intelligence and mindfulness. Our goal is to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to know themselves well and improve their sense of inner peace.
