Dementia Live For The Community

Dementia Live® is a high-impact dementia simulation experience that immerses participants into life with dementia, resulting in a deeper understanding of what it’s like to live with cognitive impairment and sensory change. This program is an excellent opportunity to experience what people who are suffering from the disease deal with every day of their lives. This meaningful experience frequently results in greater empathy and compassion for those with dementia. The Senior Companion Program at The Senior Source is pleased to serve our community by offering the Dementia Live experience at no charge.

• Cognitive Impairment
• Anxiety
• Poor Balance
• Impaired mobility that requires the use of a cane, walker, or wheelchair
• Severely impaired hearing or vision
• Seizure disorders
• Intoxication
