Please join us in a wholesome partnership with Lee Meisel, Indigenous founder of Wakarusa Native Foodways and skill-filled butcher, to learn how to cut your deer quarters into various cuts. Participants from last year's course were stunned by Lee's artistry! Deemed the "Edward Scissorhands of butchering," we are thrilled to have Lee's impressive talent back!
Although this event is FREE and open to ALL, space is limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive early.
