Deepening Your ICF Core Competencies: A Hamburg Chapter Practice Series is designed to bring the ICF Core Competencies to life in coaching practice. Across the series, each session will focus on one core competency. Participants will be invited to understand the competency more deeply, connect it with their own coaching experience, observe it in action, practice it with peers, and reflect on how to strengthen their coaching mastery, one competency at a time.

Who is this series for?

This series is open to accredited coaches, coaches on their path toward accreditation, and coaches who would like to gain their first access to ICF standards and the Core Competencies.

Invitation to co-create:

As is customary in our chapter, participation and exchange among members are essential to the quality of our learning community.

For this series, we are looking for interested members who would like to coach and be coached during the session. If you feel drawn to participating, we warmly invite you to get in touch with us.

Speaker:

Anne is an ACC-accredited coach working with thoughtful professionals who are navigating change and looking to lead themselves with more intention and self-trust. Her coaching focuses on self-leadership, helping clients reconnect with their inner voice and take aligned action from a place that feels truly their own.

With a background in landscape architecture, Anne brings a systems perspective to her work, exploring both the internal and external environments shaping how we think, decide, and act. She integrates creative and reflective approaches, often using metaphor and visual processes to support deeper insight.
What to expect - Value for you as a participant:

• A focused exploration of one ICF Core Competency per session.

• Space to connect the competency with your own coaching experience.

• A peer-coaching round in every session to actively practice the competency.

• Reflection and exchange with fellow coaches in the ICF Hamburg community.
