We are a dynamic movement empowering women in San Francisco and beyond. Our mission is to provide social connection and evidence-based wellness tools. Through curated in-person events led by trusted MDs and experts, we help women build meaningful relationships, advance their knowledge, and engage in conversations that enhance their quality of life.

Meet Our Esteemed Speakers:
Elissa Epel, PhD
Elissa Epel, a Professor at UCSF, is a leading expert in stress and resilience. Her research explores how chronic stress affects biological aging and how meditation and self-regulation promote thriving. Co-author of The Telomere Effect, Dr. Epel has been featured in TEDMED, 60 Minutes, and the New York Times. She also leads transformative retreats, including Longevity Week at Blue Spirit in Costa Rica.
Nichol Joy Chase, ERYT-500, YACEP, TSM, BM
Nichol Joy Chase is a yoga and meditation educator, musician, and founder of the Wisdom Building Method Yoga School. With over a decade of Royal Academy ballet training and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, Nichol integrates her expertise in movement, music, and contemplation into her work. She has developed a trauma-sensitive yoga program and is a faculty member for multiple yoga schools. Nichol’s deep connection to bhajan, kirtan, and diverse musical traditions informs her unique approach to healing and resilience.
