Join Acupuncture Physician- Gabriella, for Deep Reset Saturdays.
A nourishing Yoga Nidra and Acupuncture experience designed to support deep rest and nervous system reset. Each session includes one hour of gentle movement, guided meditation, and calming acupuncture to help you unwind, restore, and reconnect with yourself. This class offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down and gift your body and mind the rest it truly deserves. Sessions take place every other Saturday at 3 PM, beginning October 4th.
