Join Ohm instructor Kya Dyer Deep Release Aerial Yin Yoga!

This workshop includes education on myofascial release and breathing techniques to better connect with your body, full range of motion movements to warm the body, long holds in deep stretches, backbends and inversions with the support of the aerial silk and yoga mat, and deep relaxation with a sound bath while cocooned in your aerial silk.

Enjoy an afternoon of deep stretching, breathing and relaxing!
