Float your way to relaxation and deeper release with Ohm instructor Ashely Baugh at this Restorative Aerial Yoga & Sound Bath workshop! The aerial hammock is suspended just inches above the ground, and gentle poses are held for longer to allow the body to deeply unwind, relax, and destress. Class will conclude with a guided relaxation and a sacred healing sound bath. No aerial experience is required. Grab a friend, put on your comfy clothes, and come relax with us!
