Join Ohm instructor Katie Hawks on the shortest day and the longest, darkest night of the year for a special celebration of the winter solstice! This event has been celebrated by cultures around the world for thousands of years, as a time to honor the cycles of nature, reflect on the past year, and set intentions for the coming year. We'll honor this transition with ritual, as it helps us to integrate what's come before and prepare for what lies ahead.This workshop will include yoga, breath work, meditation, a burn bowl ceremony, journaling and guided relaxation with sound healing.
All materials will be provided.
