DECEMBER NEW MOON YOGA + SNACK GATHERING
A dynamic, breath-led New Moon yoga practice followed by delicious snacks and relaxed conversation in a welcoming group.
Join us for a 90-minute New Moon evening at Koko Studio — an hour of yoga followed by something delicious to eat and time to stay, chat and connect.
As December gets busier, this is a chance to take a little time for yourself before the festive season is in full swing.
The New Moon is a natural point to pause, reset and begin again.
Our practice will be inspired by the Ashtanga tradition, moving with the breath through a dynamic flowing sequence, balanced with grounding poses, steady breathing and moments to slow down.
You'll move the whole body and explore different poses, with options throughout so you can practise at your own pace. No need to be experienced or particularly flexible.
Hopefully you'll leave feeling stronger, more grounded and refreshed as we head towards the end of the year.
After yoga, we'll stay for something delicious to eat and relaxed conversation together.
The group is kept small, and you're very welcome to come on your own. Beginners and different levels are welcome, with options given throughout the practice.
