FREE EVENT! November 8, 2024 at the MWR Fitness Center. First wave 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. / 2nd wave 3 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Deadlift Competition to honor those who served in the United States armed forces (Veteran's Day Event). No Weight Classes. Challenge Coin will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. Male and Female categories. Winners will be announced on Facebook and email. Register online by Nov. 6, 2024.
