Day Retreat for People of Colour 'The Hearts Release'

'THE HEARTS RELEASE'

Being alive means that everyday we have varying emotions as we go about daily existence and most of the time we are unconscious of their production or effect.

On this day retreat we will look at the effect by tuning into them by being aware of our body and mind and see how by contacting and cultivating loving kindness we can move closer towards the heart’s release.

Day retreat runs from 10:30am - 4pm
Please bring veggie/vegan food to share at lunchtime

Practising alongside others, building a sense of community and unity in the potential for change, these sessions can help us to feel more positive, have a sense of purpose and bring about new perspectives in our lives.

Led by people of colour for people of colour. *
