Afternoon session
The Bhagavad Gita presents the teachings of Yoga in the most poetic way: as an epic story written in verse. And this story is about the warrior in all of us; seeking guidance and strength to fulfil our dharma (purpose). Seema Agarwal learnt the Gita from her father, Master Harish Johari, and presents the essential teachings in a truly inspiring and interactive way. Assisted by Advanced Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, Opera Australia’s Sanskrit Language Coach and BIJA Yoga Director, Keith Kempis, on harmonium. For yogis old and new, yoga teachers, and those in a transitional period in their lives.
