This competition is open to:- anyone looking to get on the platform, including if you are a novice lifter
- someone looking for an early qualifier for 2025 CAPO Nationals
Details:
- 3 Lift (squat, bench & deadlift)
- CAPO rules (24 hour weigh in, monolift and squat bar for squats, combo and 20kg power bar for bench, 20kg deadlift bar)

- Limited to 45 lifters
CAPO Powerlifting Membership will be required if you want to have you're results recognised and to qualify for nationals
