Date Night: Couples Massage Experience is a hands-on workshop designed to teach couples simple, effective massage techniques they can easily practice at home to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and deepen their connection.
In this intimate small-group experience, you'll be guided through a beginner-friendly 30-minute massage routine focused on the neck, shoulders, back, hands, and feet. No prior massage experience or massage table is required—just a willingness to learn together.
Along the way, you'll discover proper pressure, body mechanics, relaxation techniques, and practical methods for relieving everyday tension, while gaining the confidence to create meaningful moments of wellness long after the workshop ends.
Perfect for couples of all stages, including newlyweds, long-term partners, and busy parents looking to reconnect, this experience provides a fun and supportive environment to learn together.
Each couple will receive a massage oil sample, a printed take-home massage guide, and a home practice routine so you can continue enjoying the benefits together.
Only 1 sign up per couple. Please wear comfortable clothing, preferably with athletic or swimwear underneath. Everything else needed for the workshop will be provided.
