Ladies you are invited to come dance into your radiance through a higher heart activation.

This will be a space for you to descend deep into your body and activate the bliss body. We then offer up what you no longer wish to carry.

Offer up grief, self judgement, old stories and beleifs.

Call in love, joy and harmony and a new timeline

An alchemical process of transmuting through the heart. We will be working with breath, movement and sound transmissions of Kundalini Dance practice.

The Flow

Bring your unapologetic self!

I ask that women arrive into the space with presence and intention.

Make yourself comfortable on your yoga mat and take some deep breaths to fully arrive into the body and the space.

We will begin with a slow somatic practice which will involve guided gentle intuitive floor movement to connect to the bliss body through tantric breath. Bring your hummm, oooo and aaaaah to release tension

We then rise to our feet and begin to cultivate our Kundalini Shakti breath for purification and upliftment.

As we build energy in the space we will lift density out of our field

Sekhina has been working with women for 13 years as a Holistic Somatic Counsellor,Transpersonal Coach and Energy Attunement Guide.She is passionate about supporting women in awakening and embodying their own gifts and power.

Teaching women to trust themselves as well as learning how to hold space for their own discomforts and joys of life.Sekhina is devoted to working through her own shadows so she may anchor more light into her life, for those she works with and into the planetary grid.
