Join our aerobic dance class for a fun, full-body workout set to high energy dance beats!The session is followed by a Body Conditioning Blast using weights and bands for strength and toning, plus mat-based leg, glute, and core work.
Our vibe is super relaxed, just come and move!
Music 🎶 has a ergogenic effect, enhancing exercise performance by delaying fatigue and increasing work capacity, which leads to improved endurance, strength and productivity.
It also reduces stress and anxiety, improves mood, sleep and cognitive function and can help pain management.
Dancing 🪩 releases endorphins that boost mood and vitality while reducing stress and depression. Important improvements in heart 💓 bone heath, balance and agility.
