Delicious anticipation, a breath, and a release – extraordinary moments happen when rhythm, melody, and movement are in sync. Guarantee you can stay in the moment by tuning up your musicality skills with us! Recalibrate your brain-body connections through rhythmic training games and drills. Challenge your coordination with a fun and funky combo.
Taught by Licensed Salimpour Instructor Donna Eileen, this workshop will draw some elements from the Salimpour method and class composition, including core movements and Salimpour step vocabulary. All levels welcome; finger cymbals optional, but recommended!
*Cymbals with two slots for elastic (rather than one) are highly suggested for greater stability and control.
