Welcome to Pulse & Pages!

You will start with a barre session (spots are limited!) followed by intentional journaling using the Living on the Butter Side Playbook. You'll end your wellness day with some healthy beverages and bites from the recovery bar presented by Optimum Health Essentials, some self-care shopping, goodie bags and more!
