Sing a Secret: An Ecstatic, Mindbody Approach to Voice and Song
Are you looking to dismantle the limiting beliefs you have surrounding your beautiful and sacred voice? Are you ready for the permission to play with your voice and make sounds you never thought were available to you? Can you finally answer the call of your birth right to sing? This 2.5 hour introduction to The Technique : an ecstatic, 5 octavave, mindbody approach to voice and song, will offer you a joyful space to discover the beautiful voice that has been inside you all along. This is a voice workshop for all levels of singers and voice users across all genres of vocal expression. If you are feeling like you desire a deeper connection with your voice, this workshop is a wonderful place to start. The practice offered at this workshop offers foundational exercises and experiences to ground you in your most authentic and emotional vocal expression. Whether you want to communicate your needs more authentically in relationships, or sing your soul's message for an audience, the openings you will find here are a pathway to achieving your desires. You’ll learn to harness powerful, heartbreaking, visceral, fragile, and otherworldly sounds you never dreamed were inside you all the while dramatically extending your range, building your confidence, and strengthening the emotional links between you and your voice.
Whether you are a seasoned professional, a proud shower singer, or someone who has never opened their mouth to sing, this workshop and the Inside Voice Technique allows singers and "non-singers" alike to uncover the power and beauty of their full 5-octave range while developing a deep, emotive connection to their own unique sound.
Through exercises and group songs that are as silly as they are revelatory, this workshop shows that the only limits on our voices are the ones we impose on them.
Sing a Secret is a workshop designed and developed by Jonathan Stancato and will be taught by Kayla Green who has been trained by Jonathan in his Inside Voice techniques.

This $20 deposit is fully refundable if and only if you attend the workshop you requested. Venmo is @kayla-green-7. This work is supported by donations.
