Dance Movement Therapy Workshop Singapore

The in-person workshop you need to attend to know how to connect with yourself via dance and learn movement sequences and grounding tools to heal yourself & begin your inner-transformational process via movement!💫

Along with the Body awareness dance sequence, you will also learn the specially designed Trauma Trap Release (TTR) Dance sequence & other Dance Movement Therapy techniques which have been specially designed for deep healing and restoration.

The American Dance Therapy Association defines dance/movement therapy as the psycho-therapeutic use of movement to further the emotional, cognitive, physical and social integration of the individual.

This is a holistic workshop and will focus on your physical, mental & emotional health and will help you enhance your overall well-being.
