You are invited to come celebrate the new season in a connected, potent, and playful cacao and dance container. We will start the cacao circle at 11am with a special Solstice cacao meditation followed by a lush, sultry, and expertly created ecstatic dance journey. All moving bodies are welcome to experience, transform and enjoy energy together thru free form movement and delicious cacao. Solo dance and partner/contact improv dancing welcome. Brief guidelines for the ecstatic dance journey will be given after the cacao circle.
The cacao meditation is created as an opportunity to fully arrive in our body and heart and to tune into self deeply before expressing our essence, knots, dreams or whatever present, in our dance. Please arrive between 10:45 and 11am to take part to the cacao meditation.
Veronica Marconi (PhD) has been hosting cacao ceremonies and dances since 2021, in Oregon, Arizona, Guatemala, and Italy. Her signature container, Dance Medicine, offers a potent opportunity to tune deeply into self to engage with enhanced coherence, attunement, enjoyment, and embodied trust with the outside world.
