🌈🌞🌙Come One, Come All, and Come as you Are: Dance Free MKE is an unstructured, conscious dance series, inclusive to all who want to groove and sway to start off the day properly.Whether you're a seasoned dancer or just love to feel the beat, Dance Free MKE welcomes all to come together in celebration of music, movement, and community. This event is truly a Safe Space for all, so please ask for consent before filming or photographing anyone, so that we can express ourselves worry-free through dance and flow -- flow toys are encouraged! There is space aplenty to practice your art or experiment with a new flow endeavor. Enjoy the provided mats for yoga & stretching, or pillows for a NICE SIT. There is no wrong way to Freely Dance.
Lose yourself in the pulse of the music, unleash your creativity on the dance floor, and embrace the joy of movement like never before. Feel free to come and go freely - there are no rules for how long you must remain in Dance.
