Dance Cardio fuses musical rhythms and choreographed dance moves together to create a dynamic workout that is designed for fun (and a good workout!) in mind. Moving to the music allows your mind to relax while your body is in constant motion.Please review the below regarding classes at the Statesville Recreation Center:
🔹 Group fitness classes are included in the Annual and Monthly memberships.
🔹Single class passes are $5 per class.
🔹Classes are subject to be cancelled or changed without prior notice.
🔹All classes will be held in the Group Fitness Studio unless otherwise denoted on the schedule.
🔹Please notify the instructor before class if you are new to the class or require modifications.
